We partner with Amway Brands to provide homes with clean products they can trust, and then we add a customized experience that includes recommendations, bonus boxes, samples on demand (by texting our IDT line), and more! Basically you get the convenience of online shopping, mixed with top notch service you would receive at the fanciest of hotels - all at no extra cost to you.

Are the products expensive?

Although there is the adage that "you get what you pay for," we also believe that every family should have access to the cleanest products available. We partnered with Amway Brands, because instead of splurging on marketing and fluff, they invest in keeping products high quality and affordable. In short, there's something for everyone, and to make sure we fit your budget, we have consultations to provide the best recommendations for you and your household.

Do I have to pay for a membership?

We get this all the time! Nope! All of our customers will have profiles set up on Amway.com (Amway.com)through one of our storefronts. These profiles are free! IDT has no memberships. When you shop through one of our storefronts, the experience automatically begins.

Why don't you show product information on your site?

All product information can be found on Amway.com, (Amway.com,)so we didn't want to repeat ourselves! We do consultations on the frontend to keep you from having to navigate 1000s of products. Our process will save you hours and tons of time trying this, and trying that.

Does having a consultation mean we have to buy products?

Accepted Answer

No. We have consultations to let people know their options. A huge issue in the world of consumables right now is a lack of transparency. We simply have conversations to let you know what brands and products we would suggest and why. If you do not want to purchase these products, that is 100% up to you! Our goal is to make you aware of what is available.

What if I try products that aren't a good fit for me?

All products are guaranteed for refunds and returns up to 180 days (6 months). This should give you more than enough time to test things out. If there are issues, we'd be happy to talk and either find you something that works better, or get you fully-refunded. No issues on that!

Why have I not heard of some of these brands?

Amway Brands distribute in over 100 countries, selling over $8 Billion in products in 2023. They are extremely popular products. But they only distribute through direct channels vs. major retailers. This is part of their desire to maintain quality and not be forced to conform to “product pushing” like most of the market. They also do not participate in major marketing, in order to keep products both affordable and high quality.
